The story I was going to originally post this week is going to wait because yesterday I found that one of my favourites had a sequel released! *squeeee*
So this week it’s Gabriel by Kris Norris which is From Grace Book 1. Originally the story was released through ARe so this is a second edition. I really enjoyed it when I got it on release day and I had been hoping for a sequel so when I picked it up yesterday I decided to Google the author just to see and I was happily surprised to see there was a sequel – Michael! And then to hear there’ll be a third story? AHHHHH I’m so happy!!!!
So here is Gabriel and Michael 🙂
One awkward summoning. One chance at redemption.
Kei can’t believe his last ditch effort at stopping what could very well be the coming apocalypse has failed before it ever started. And all because he messed up one spell.
From the moment the angelic man looks up at him from the within the sigil inscribed on the ground, Kei knows he’s in trouble. Blue eyes, smooth skin, and a body so perfect…it’s Heavenly. Getting involved with someone pure—no matter the physical pull—is nothing short of sinful. He just wished his soul cared enough to stay away.
But becoming lovers is the least of their worries. Darkness looms on the horizon, and if they can’t find a way to stop it before it takes hold, humanity won’t be the only thing that falls from grace.
He’s God’s deadliest weapon. His firstborn son. And still he failed.
Blessed with the ultimate power of Heaven, Michael shouldn’t have needed his brothers to rescue him. A reality that gnaws at his very soul. And to make matters worse, they weren’t the only ones to witness his defeat. But surely fate wouldn’t be so cruel as to introduce him to his intended mate on the day of his greatest failure, would it?
Greyson, Prince of the Fae, knew the instant he met Michael that the archangel was his true soul. And yet, months later, Grey’s still waiting for the man to acknowledge the truth. To quiet the unrelenting need that burns beneath Grey’s flesh. But how can he convince a warrior that love and duty don’t have to be exclusive?
Left with few options, Grey asks Michael to give him one night. No expectations. No promises. Just the two of them. Together. A moment Grey knows will have to last a lifetime—until his life is threatened.
Michael might not be ready to acknowledge Greyson’s his mate, but he’ll be damned if he fails the only man he’ll ever love. He won’t let Greyson down, even if it means his only course of action is a fall from grace.
